Fuel surcharge is a levy on top of the basic freight charges. The fuel surcharge is a variable surcharge which may rise or fall in line with the International fuel prices. The Fuel Surcharge in domestic services is computed based on the Brent index as updated on the site (www.livecharts.co.uk).
COD charges are handling charges for delivering and remitting COD amount of COD shipments. COD service is not available on all the serviceable pincodes. COD serviceable pincodes are a subset of the overall serviceable pincodes.
The clients will need to draw out their own insurance policies through a Third Party Insurance company. ROV (Risk on Value) is a surcharge based on the invoice value of a shipment. This ROV charge will make ShipDroid and its courier partners liable for Rs. 2500 (Basic service) and Rs. 5000 (Premium service) in case of damage/ loss to a shipment. ShipDroid will reimburse the client for shipments damaged/ lost with value less than this maximum liability post due diligence. For damage/ loss to shipments with value more than this maximum liability, ShipDroid will get a Certificate of Fact (COF) from its courier partner (who handled the shipment), issued in the name of client that will enable the client to claim the damage/ loss from their insurance company.
For BaB customers- Once client selects courier as ShipDroid, packages would be made live on ShipDroid Panel. For Non- BaB customers- Client will need to create packages on ShipDroid panel by clicking on "Quick Add" link for single package or by clicking on "Bulk Upload" link for multiple packages.
Yes, ShipDroid provides Surface service for both Prepaid and COD payment options.

The shipping labels that are printed through the ShipDroid link are acceptable by all ShipDroid's courier partners.

Subtotal= A + B + C = 37 + 45 % of 37 + 20= Rs. 73.65
Final= (A + B + C) + 12.36% of (A + B + C) = (73.65) + 12.36 % of (73.65)= Rs 82.75,
where 12.36% is the service tax.
